USA Boxing Provides Thorough Workouts and Training App during Pandemic

After the first week of the four-week strength and conditioning workout, USA Boxing wanted to provide all our members a second daily workout with a boxing focus to help continue our members to stay active and be prepared to return to the ring. We encourage our members to continue the daily strength and conditioning workouts released last week, which can be found here, but also do the below workouts to have a workout specific to boxing.

Just click the link below for a .pdf file for a full workout and drill session each day, as well as where to find more information and videos of the specific workout in the Team USA Mobile Coach App on Google App of the iPhone App Store. The app is free for all members, and more information can be found here.
